Tamera Norton Smith, PhD, MT(ASCP), President of Norton Audits, provided keynote sessions at the Phoenix, AZ and Lyon, France Partnerships in Clinical Trials Conferences in 2011.  Having filled in for a US Food and Drug Administration Representative at the Phoenix, AZ Conference in March, Ms. Smith was also invited to speak at the Lyon, France Conference in November, 2011.  Ms. Smith's keynote sessions included 'Clinical Partnerships at a Crossroad; The Intersection of Quality and Oversight' and 'What are Regulators' expectations of Vendor Oversight'.
